The most difficult thing to do is finding bridesmaid dresses for your bridesmaids. The experience I found is that telling your bridesmaids the color of the dress and letting them go buy their own is a big mistake. They would say that they couldn't find the color that you want or the right style you want for your wedding. A few options you can do:
1-Choose the dress that you want everybody to wear. You would know that everyone would have the same color and the same style you want for your wedding.
2-Get all your bridesmaids together and head over to bridal shop. Let everyone know that the dress that they choose will come from the bridal shop that you choose. They can choose any type of dress that is comfortable for them but, let them know the style of the dress you want that would fit the style of the wedding ex. formal, informal, semi-formal. Color of the dress everyone has to wear ex. black, red, orange, etc.. What type of material of the dress you want ex. satin, cotton, etc..
I always find option 2 to be the most popular this way everyone is happy. They can find a dress that is comfort for them and still be uniformed
